Artwork

Our graphics team are here to assist you from concept through to the finished product to make the process as easy and smooth as possible, so you are completely satisfied with how your promotional item will look.

We can set your text free of charge for simple designs however more complicated artwork requiring redraws or fonts that we do not have may incur a charge but we will advise you of this before proceeding.

We ask for artwork to be submitted by email.  Files need to be supplied as an editable file in either Adobe Illustrator, saved as an .eps file format with text converted to curves or outlines (vector format) or a PDF of at least 300dpi. Pantone references (PMS) to ensure colour match is always useful. If you are unsure what format to submit your artwork in please do ask for help.

Please forward your artwork as early as possible so that we can check it is in the correct format and advise you on the best way your design can be presented on your chosen promotional item.

Basic artwork/design is included in your price.  For more involved designs, artwork will be charged at £30.00 per hour. This will include up to 3 amends.

The Process

Once you have confirmed your order by email supplying your invoice and delivery addresses, you will receive an order confirmation.  Please check the details carefully. 

We process all orders on a Proforma basis unless you are a regular customer where we can set up a 30 day account depending on the relevant credit checks. Payment is accepted by BACs, debit or credit card over the phone and cheque.

1. Once we have received your artwork or design brief our graphics team will produce a PDF proof for your approval. 
2. We will need you to check the details carefully and sign and email it back so we can progress into production. 
3. Once we have approval, delivery is usually up to 10 days unless you have agreed a delivery date on placement of your order.
4. Delivery is usually by a standard delivery service which deliveries up to 5.30 for business and up to 7pm for residential addresses.

Pre- production samples can be supplied if required. A fee of £35.00 per product is chargeable for these samples. This is normally recommended for either high print runs or if the design is complex.
