Q – What are your lead times?
A – Our standard lead times are 7 -10 working days from artwork approval. It does depend on the product as some items such as mugs can take up to 3 weeks.
Q – If I need something urgently ie next day or in two days- is this possible?
A – Dependant on the product and quantity required we can offer a 5 day Express Service for an extra charge.
Q – Can you delivery abroad?
A – Yes we can, again dependant on where, and this will incur an extra charge.
Q – Can I pay in Euros?
A – No we only accept Sterling payments
Q – I have seen a product I like on your website but I would like to see it before I place an order, do you provide samples?
A – Yes we can provide samples, if not the exact then something similar. Our sample service is free, although there are some products which will incur a charge.
Q - I don't have finished artwork, can you help?
A - If you are after a basic design with just text then yes we can help. Otherwise artwork would need to be supplied as editable files either PDF or EPS file. The quality of the artwork supplied with have an impact on the print quality of the finished product. If you have any questions about this please ask as we are happy to help and advise.
Q - How long is my quote valid for?
A - Your quote is valid for 30 days, prices on various products fluctate in todays market on a regular basis, we will always double check the price before going ahead with your order.
Q - If something is not right with my order how long do I have to report it?
A - Ideally let us know as soon as possible but within 30 days if something is not right with what you recieved. We would need to know about any breakable products, like mugs within 24 hours of delivery.
